Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Lifted website and the purchase of tickets to Lifted events. By purchasing a ticket or attending an event, you agree to these terms.
2. Tickets
All tickets are sold subject to availability and venue capacity. A valid ticket grants entry to the specified event only.
You are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of purchase and for presenting a valid ticket on entry.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Prices may change at any time prior to purchase.
4. No Refunds
All ticket sales are final. Lifted does not offer refunds except in extraordinary circumstances at its sole discretion.
If an event is cancelled, rescheduled, or materially changed, Lifted will provide further information regarding ticket validity or any discretionary remedies.
This does not affect your statutory rights where applicable under UK consumer law.
5. Event Changes
Event details, including line-ups, venue, and timings, may change. Such changes do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
6. Entry, Age & Capacity
Most events are strictly 18+, with some designated 21+. Age requirements will be clearly stated on the event page.
Valid photographic ID may be required. Failure to provide ID may result in refusal of entry without refund.
Entry times and last entry restrictions are listed per event and must be adhered to.
Entry is subject to venue capacity and safety limits. Lifted and the venue reserve the right to refuse entry, including to ticket holders, if capacity is reached or for health and safety reasons.
7. Conduct
Lifted and venue staff reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual for:
-
Disorderly, unsafe, or abusive behaviour
-
Intoxication
-
Illegal activity
-
Failure to follow staff instructions or venue policies
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
8. Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred; however, this is done at your own risk. Lifted does not facilitate or guarantee third-party transactions.
For guidance, please contact us directly.
9. Photography & Filming
Events may be recorded. By attending, you consent to the use of your image and likeness in promotional materials, including online and social media content.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Subject to this, Lifted is not liable for:
-
Loss, damage, or theft of personal property
-
Indirect or consequential losses
